The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the room itself was also clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The service at the restaurant was subpar, with incorrect orders and a long wait for the bill. the maintenance of the rooms seemed lacking, with issues such as blocked shower drains and blown-out lightbulbs.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was right in the center of town and close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

We had an absolutely luxurious stay in this hotel. the room had exclusive amenities, including a spa lounge, back and foot massage, and a Turkish bath. the restaurant's special diet menus blew our minds with their deliciousness. Service was excellent; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the concierge desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. this venue's location advantages are unbeatable, with easy access to the scenic old town and major sights.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger Icon in Frankfurt for a business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to both the financial district and the historic Old Town. The room I was upgraded to was spacious, comfortable, and elegant, almost like a small apartment. The breakfast buffet offered a comprehensive selection of delicious options. The hotel also has a great bar with quality service and a charming atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The deluxe rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the business center, shopping street, and historical sights. One particular highlight was the live music in the bar, which added a special touch to our stay. The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. Despite being not easily pleased, I couldn't find anything to dislike.
